Key: A is used to indicate an absence that day, and U is used to indicate the student was unprepared for class that day. EX indicates the student was excused from that day's classwork.

All students are responsible for making up any missed work (classwork and homework) when they are absent from class.

The grade for that day's class, if applicable, is represented as either a numeric score or the following scale (which is the same scale used throughout the Diocese):

E = Excellent

G = Good

S = Satisfactory

N = Needs Improvement
